When the shopping channels were using UPS items definitely shipped faster. Now that they do UPS most of the time, it takes much longer. When I track my orders from QVC, it seems it goes at a snail's pace getting from one location to the next before it even arrives in my area. This is how the Q rolls.
My average tiime to get something is 10 - 12 business days. I was frustrated, but now I just order elsewhere unless it's such a great deal, I'm willing to wait 2 weeks. Problem solved. I do think it's slower than it used to be probably because they now ship via USPS. However, as long as it's as advertised I'm ok with it. What bugs me though is I never seem to get my Amazon Prime orders in 2 days. I honestly cannot say I'm having any issues. My items are shipping within days of me placing an order.
Lately,it's become ridiculous,I placed an order in August 12,,it has not shipped,and is " in process" ". Get with it QVC,this isn't going to cut it,and the holidays are coming. It screams, " We don't care" tired of the excuses too.
